1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Rally for Trades website, software, and related communications provided by Interplex Ventures LLC (collectively, “Rally,” “we,” or “us”). By using the website or service, you agree to these terms. A separate written pilot, subscription, data-processing, or services agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
2. Rally’s role
Rally provides front-office and field-operations software for trade contractors. Depending on the configuration approved by a business, Rally may answer calls, capture service requests, book appointments, support human handoffs, coordinate work, and maintain related customer and job records.
Rally is not an emergency service, medical service, insurer, licensed trade contractor, accounting system, or payment processor. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect. Businesses remain responsible for their services, pricing, diagnoses, safety decisions, legal obligations, and customer commitments.
3. Accounts and authorized use
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, use Rally only for lawful business purposes, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or use the service to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
A business using Rally is responsible for the people it authorizes, the business rules it approves, the accuracy of the information it supplies, and its instructions for customer communications.
SMS terms
Rally for Trades transactional messaging
Program name: Rally for Trades.
Customer-care message types: If you expressly opt in, you may receive transactional customer-care messages from Rally for Trades or the trade business you contacted. These may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, requested photo-upload links, and consented missed-call follow-up. This is not a bulk promotional program.
Consent: Consent is collected for a stated purpose through a clear affirmative action, such as saying yes during a call after the disclosure is given, selecting an unchecked web-form control, making a documented request to staff, or using an approved opt-in keyword. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Calling a business does not by itself enroll you in marketing messages.
Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent from that program unless you provide new consent. Replying START may remove a carrier-level block, but renewed purpose-specific consent may still be required.

Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed.

4. Messaging responsibilities for businesses
A business using Rally messaging must use its accurate legal and brand information, complete the carrier registration required for its number and use case, send only messages covered by the approved campaign, maintain valid consent evidence, honor opt-outs, and comply with applicable communications and privacy laws. Rally may keep messaging disabled or suspend it when registration, consent, webhook, sender, or safety requirements are incomplete.
5. Third-party services
Rally may connect to communications, hosting, mapping, email, authentication, and other third-party services. Their availability and terms can affect parts of Rally. We do not guarantee that any third-party service will remain available or unchanged.
6. Ownership and feedback
Rally and its licensors own the website, software, design, and related materials. These terms do not transfer that ownership. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, restrict, or discontinue parts of the website or service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Pilot and approval-dependent capabilities may remain unavailable until their stated readiness conditions are met.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the public website and any evaluation or demonstration materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing on the website is legal, tax, insurance, medical, or professional trade advice.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. You may stop using the website at any time. Rally may suspend access or messaging when reasonably necessary to protect customers, recipients, the service, or legal compliance.
