When you take the call

Book the visit. Skip the retyping.

Start from a customer or request, or search by name, phone, or address. Choose a date and a morning or afternoon opening. Rally checks availability again when you book.

New customer? Add them as you book—no email required. The address for this visit can be different from the one on file.

From the phone to the calendar

No “someone will get back to you” when a time is available.

Set your bookable hours, appointment lengths, capacity, and time you need to keep free. Rally checks the opening before confirming it to the caller.

If booking fails, the request stays visible for a callback. The customer isn’t left with a promise your calendar can’t keep.

Routing is map-assisted, not automatically optimized. Live GPS tracking is not included.

Rally’s native calendar is available now. External calendar connections are not generally available yet.
