Less chasing details. More getting the work done.

Start with the phone coverage you need. Keep the visit, agreed work, crew tasks, materials, and billing records connected as the job moves forward.

For the phone

Answer with your greeting, capture the request, book an available time, or bring in a person.

  • Your services, hours, and service area
  • Call summaries and callback requests
  • Customer context for repeat callers

For the office

Pick up the customer’s history and book or quote without starting from scratch.

  • Past visits, properties, and equipment records
  • Reusable quote templates with your prices
  • Customer email review before sending
See the customer workspace

For the crew

Give the person doing the work the same details the office has.

  • A personal My Day view
  • Visit notes, directions, and customer calls
  • Checklists, photos, and visit progress
Follow a job

See who’s going. Spot what’s unassigned.

The dispatch view puts visits and technician schedules together. Your team can assign work, check availability, and keep the next visit moving.

No need to buy into every workflow at once. During onboarding, we’ll decide which parts belong in your pilot.

Your usual work. A quote you’ve checked.

Start with your saved work and prices. Your team checks the scope, line items, and total before sending.

Preview what the customer will see, then review the recipient and email before queuing it to send. Creating a draft or opening a preview sends nothing.

Quote and invoice emails need a configured sender. Quote previews are read-only. Separate job-agreement and change-order links support customer approval; initial online quote acceptance and payment collection are not available.

Keep the loose ends in view.

Remember the service

Keep property, equipment, warranty, and service-plan records with the customer. Review due work, pause or restart a plan, and preserve its service history. See customer history.

Follow up on a quote

Prepare one follow-up email for a selected sent estimate. Review the wording, timing, and stop rules first. Delivery needs separate pilot setup and testing; it’s off by default.

Share the status

Share a private, expiring, read-only customer link to appointments, work, estimates, and invoices.

Know what’s included

Payment collection is not live. SMS needs approval. Routes are map-assisted, not automatically optimized. We’ll agree on any outside-software integration during onboarding.

Keep the agreed work clear when the job changes.

Share a private review link for a job agreement or proposed change. The customer can review the scope and price, then approve or decline. Their response stays with the job.

Carry approved increases into invoice drafts and record supported reductions as credits or draft adjustments. Keep the original agreement and the history of each change.

Customer review links are separate from read-only status links. Creating a link does not send it. Billing records do not move money or collect a payment.

Follow an example change

Give the crew a plan they can use.

Tasks and responsibilities

Break a job into work packages, assign a lead and internal crew, and plan the work onto visits. Reuse task templates and show what must finish before the next task can start.

Materials and costs

Plan required materials, record orders you’ve placed, and track deliveries before work starts. Keep actual job costs separate from order commitments, with a history of adjustments.

Evidence of completion

Put instructions, completion notes, photos, and required inspections with the work. The visit brief shows the tasks for that visit and the requirements still to meet.

Supplier orders and costs are records your team maintains. Rally does not automatically purchase materials or pay suppliers.
