You’re finishing a job. A homeowner needs help.

Here’s how one roof leak request can move from the phone to the workday. Jamie and the job details below are fictional examples.

Someone answers before they call the next roofer.

Jamie noticed a water stain after a storm. Rally asks what happened and whether there’s immediate danger, then gathers the details your team needs.

If the request is a fit and booking is enabled, Rally checks your schedule and records the appointment before confirming it.

The right person knows where to go—and why.

Your office assigns Morgan to the inspection. The original notes stay with the appointment.

Morgan can open My Day to see the visit, get directions, call Jamie, and add notes from the property.

A quote you can check before the customer sees it.

Your team starts Jamie’s quote from a saved repair template. They check the work and price, then review the recipient and email before queuing it to send.

Jamie can read and print the quote through a private link. Opening the preview sends nothing, and an open estimate is never counted as money already earned.

When the work changes, everyone can see what changed.

Once the estimate has been accepted and your team creates the job, Jamie can review its agreement through a separate private link. Later, the team proposes an additional repair with the scope and price difference clearly recorded.

Jamie approves or declines that change. An approved increase can become an invoice draft; the original agreement and customer response stay on the job. Online payment collection is not part of this flow.

The next visit comes with a plan.

Your office assigns the repair work and plans it onto a visit. The crew can see instructions, prerequisites, required materials, and the completion evidence they need to record.

Record deliveries, inspection results, and actual costs with the job. Keep order commitments, invoice amounts, and recorded payments separate so the office can see what each number means.

And when the caller needs a person?

Rally can pass the reason and details to your team. If the transfer doesn’t connect, a callback stays in view. It doesn’t make up pricing, insurance coverage, or an answer it hasn’t been given.
